grated celeriac, aïoli, boozy raisons, hazelnuts, grated carrot, apple
Agneau (1)
marinated garlic and herb rack of lamb, mashed potato, grilled asparagus, lamb jus
Truite (gf) **
grilled trout, quinoa, chard, caper butter lemon sauce
Medley de printemps (V)
asparagus, sugar snap peas, potato, mustard cream sauce, herbed goats cheese
Tarte de bées
fresh berry tart with creme patissière
Mousse ** (1)
chocolate mousse, langue de chat almond biscuit, chocolate dipped strawberry
