Join us for a early summer foray into all things edible and foraged 

with local Forest Ecologist Lorelle Sherman


An in depth talk about plants identification, foraging and fun facts

alongside four courses of foraged leaves, buds and flowers

with optional wine pairings and a flower focused cocktail.

Fiddleheads gf v

sautéed fiddleheads in garlic lemon butter, micro greens, baguette


Sorrel & Wild leek gf 

baked salmon, sorrel cream sauce, wild leek rice, julienned snow peas


Rosehip & Wild Strawberry 

wild strawberry compote, mascarpone cream, rosehip syrup lady finger cookies


Seating is family style on shared tables. Indoor & Outdoor tables available. 


$90 per person

$40 Optional Wine Pairing

Late cancellation of less than 24hrs or no shows will result

in a fee of $30 per person charged to the credit card number on file.
