We love collaborating with Rachel at Yellow Elanor on Fall and Spring seasonal mushroom dinners. This year our focus will be on some less well known varieties of mushrooms including lions mane and lobster mushrooms and our favorite foraged mushroom, the chanterelle.

We will also continue to explore new ways to showcase the amazing maple flavor of the candy cap mushroom in our dessert, this time with a deconstructed crumble with roasted apples, crunchy walnut crumble & candy cap custard.
