Join us for a 101 on teas and a 4 course dinner using teas in both sweet and savory dishes.

Tyler, from The Jasmine Pearl Tea Company, will be leading the talk with a focus on the different kinds of teas, how to prepare them and how to use teas in new and innovative ways.

Joris, Head Chef and Owner at Bergerac, has created an innovative menu using black, green and herbal tea to highlight both the sweet and savory courses of this fun Spring dinner.

We hope you’ll join us for this dinner on March 20th.


WHEN : Wednesday 20th March at 6.30pm 

HOW MUCH : $55 per person 

(excludes wine & gratuity)

DRINKS Optional wine pairing $25 per person

Credit card required to confirm booking. $20 charge per person for cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or no show
